As Founder and Young Changemaker of Noemara Elara Foundation, Divit brings both vision and intent to the initiative, having started it with the belief that every young person deserves a platform to be heard. A TEDx Speaker, passionate MUNer, national-level debater, and avid public speaker, he draws from his experiences to create opportunities that help others find their voice. Known for his helpful and approachable nature, the same reflects in the way he mentors and supports juniors in school. Grounded in gratitude, he is driven by a desire to give back to society for the privilege and opportunities he has received, working towards building a more aware and empowered generation.

Shrinika Sharma

Head of Outreach & Community Engagement

Drawing from her personal experiences and love for working with children, Shrinika brings warmth and authenticity to her role as Director of Outreach. Having organised events for kids in school and gained hands-on experience through NGO internships, she understands the transformative power of grassroots impact. A natural communicator, she honed her outreach and relationship-building skills as part of the Organising Committee at her school's MUN, where she successfully mobilised participation from schools. She now channels that experience into forging meaningful partnerships with like-minded NGOs.

Aahan Jain

Head Of Instructional Design

Aahan Jain is a driven young leader with a strong passion for mathematics, finance, and youth empowerment. Known for his analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, he works towards making learning more practical, engaging, and meaningful for students. As the Director of Instructional Design at Noemara Elara Foundation, he develops impactful initiatives and curriculum encouraging confidence, critical thinking, and real-world understanding.

Anee Goyal

Head of Logistics and Coordination

Anee is an empathetic and people-oriented individual who naturally connects with others and thrives in collaborative environments. Known for her organised mindset, creativity, and calm adaptability, she brings both structure and warmth to every initiative she takes part in. Her strong sense of discipline and dedication make her especially effective in managing responsibilities and coordinating people efficiently.

Tanusha serves as the Director of Social Media & Content at Noemara Elara Foundation, where she oversees the creation and management of digital content that amplifies the organization’s mission. Organized, creative, and known for her clarity of thought, she brings both structure and purpose to the foundation’s online presence.

As Founder and Director of Sportedge Performance Networks Pvt. Ltd., he has been actively involved in fostering growth in rural sports, working to create opportunities for emerging talent at the grassroots level. His background in sports has shaped a focused and resilient mindset, which he carries into his work with a strong desire to build something meaningful and lasting.
