Transparency in our donation process
At Noemara Elara Foundation, we believe in complete transparency. All donations are voluntary contributions toward our mission of empowering underprivileged children. We appreciate your generosity and trust in our cause.
1.1 Non-Refundable Donations: Generally, all donations made to Awaaz Bharat Foundation are non-refundable as they are voluntary contributions toward our charitable mission. Once a donation is processed, it is immediately allocated toward our programs and operational costs.
1.2 Tax Benefits: All donations are eligible for 50% tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Once a donation receipt and 80G certificate are issued, the donation cannot be refunded.
While donations are typically non-refundable, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
3.1 Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days (7 calendar days) from the date of donation. Requests received after this period may not be processed.

4.2 Effective Date: Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle. We will not refund any donations that have already been processed before the cancellation request.
4.3 Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your recurring donation has been cancelled. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
5.1 Payment Failures: If your payment fails or is declined, no amount will be debited from your account. If you see a pending transaction, it will be automatically reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days.
5.2 Deducted but Failed: If the amount is debited from your account but the donation fails, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 7-10 business days by the payment gateway (Razorpay).
5.3 Contact Us: If you don't receive the refund within the specified time, please contact us at support@awaazbharat.org with your transaction details.
6.1 Corporate Partnerships: For corporate donations, sponsorships, or CSR contributions, separate terms and conditions may apply as per the signed agreement between Awaaz Bharat Foundation and the corporate entity.
6.2 Refund Requests: Corporate refund requests must be submitted in writing on company letterhead and will be processed as per the terms of the partnership agreement.
7.1 Non-Monetary Contributions: For in-kind donations (goods, services, materials), we do not provide monetary refunds. However, if the donated items are not as described or are defective, we may return them at our discretion.
7.2 Valuation: The valuation of in-kind donations for 80G certificate purposes is determined by our Finance Committee and is final.
8.1 Automatic Issuance: Donation receipts and 80G certificates are automatically generated and sent to your registered email address within 48 hours of successful payment.
8.2 No Refund After Certificate: Once an 80G certificate is issued and you have claimed tax benefits, we cannot process a refund as per Income Tax Department regulations.
8.3 Corrections: If there is an error in your receipt or certificate (e.g., wrong name, PAN), please contact us within 30 days for correction. We will issue a revised certificate at no charge.
9.1 FCRA Compliance: Noemara Elara Foundation is registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA). International donations are accepted in compliance with FCRA regulations.
9.2 Currency Conversion: For international donations, the amount will be converted to INR at the prevailing exchange rate. Any bank charges or currency conversion fees are borne by the donor and are non-refundable.
9.3 Refunds: International refunds will be processed in INR and converted back to the original currency. Exchange rate fluctuations and international transfer fees will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
10.1 Good Faith Resolution: We strive to resolve all refund requests and disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.
10.2 Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your concern to our Grievance Officer:
